These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the products and services provided by Aris Hydronics Inc. (“Aris,” “we,” “our”), including connected hardware systems and cloud software (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

The Services

Aris provides connected heating, cooling, and hot water systems and related software. Some features may be experimental or offered as early access.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement to use the Services.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse or interfere with the Services

  • Attempt to access systems or data without authorization

  • Use the Services in violation of applicable laws

Early and evolving service

The Services may change over time. Features may be added, modified, or removed. Availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.

No warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aris Hydronics Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services to protect system integrity or for violations of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
