When you sign in using Google OAuth or other supported authentication methods, we may collect:

We use this information only to create and manage your Aris account and authenticate you securely.

If you use an Aris system or the Aris Cloud, we collect technical and operational data such as:

• System status and telemetry

• Configuration settings

• Error logs and performance metrics

• Timestamps and identifiers associated with your account

This data is used to operate, maintain, support, and improve the Services.

Communications

If you contact us directly, we may collect the information you choose to share, such as emails or support messages.

How we use information

Google OAuth data use

Information received from Google APIs is used solely to provide and improve the Aris Services. Aris Hydronics Inc.’s use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We store data using reputable cloud infrastructure providers and take reasonable measures to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, but Aris is designed with security in mind.

Data sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Services, and only to the extent necessary to provide those Services.
